  1. Vancity is international news today on account of rioting after we lost the Stanley Cup to the Bruins. Not used to reading things like this in The Guardian about Vancouver: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/jun/16/vancouver-canucks-fans-riot-stanley-cup. This picture might be the only good thing to have emerged from the chaos. Photo by Rich Lam/Getty Images.  The Oilers had to lose the cup once in order to learn how to win it next season. Let’s take a cue from them, Canucks.
