
It’s good to know the chairman of the Nobel peace prize committee feels the same way about David Cameron’s policy on multiculturalism as I do. (Take the exit above or click here to see what I mean.) All the kids were calling Cameron out on his incipient racism and indirect support of the British National Party and English Defence League months ago when he first came out and slammed multiculturalism in Munich on the very day the EDL held their national march in Luton. I blogged about this then (click here if you’re interested) and will again now because I’m glad someone in the international community is trying to address and arrest the Western shift towards the very political forms of Islamophobia, xenophobia and state-sponsored monoculturism which best allow racism to thrive quietly and systemically in society.
